We just closed on our house today in the Estudillo Estates area of San Leandro, and I can't say enough about our Bruce Wagg. Bruce is an amazing agent. He is incredibly professional, competent, and responsive. We never had to call to get an update as to an offer, inspection or other document. He attended all of our inspections. He obtained bids and oversaw repairs on the home. He arranged to have most of our documents sent and signed electronically. Best of all, after closure, rather than simply send off our keys and wish us good luck, he offered to be available for workers that might need to access the home until we actually make the move in a few weeks.
