Just Sold!! Richmond Marina Bay Home in the Gated Breakers Community.

I just sold a fantastic home in the Richmond Marina. It's located in the gated Breakers Community in the Marina Bay Neighborhood. My buyers really wanted this home and I helped them craft the winning offer in a multiple offer situation.
The home is a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath single family house and it was originally a model unit, so it has many designer upgrades. The home has cathedral ceilings and great light throughout and my buyers are already adding their personal touches to it.
