My family and I have been deeply involved in the Oakland and Piedmont communities for generations, with a long history of successful local businesses and professional service to generations of Bay Area families. Today, my real estate practice builds on that same foundation while also serving clients in Cupertino and the South Bay.

That background has translated naturally into real estate because both are centered on the same thing: delivering exceptional client service, understanding what people need, and following through.

Communication is the cornerstone of my approach. I believe clients receive the best service when their priorities are clearly understood and they are kept informed throughout every stage of the buying or selling process.

My years in Oakland and Piedmont have given me a unique perspective on the East Bay, including its neighborhoods, architecture, historic homes, schools, and community connections. In Cupertino, I bring that same hands-on approach while maintaining a close focus on the city's neighborhoods, schools, new housing developments, and major projects such as The Rise and Town Square West.

I see my role as much more than simply helping someone buy or sell a home. I act as a project manager and trusted resource throughout the entire process, coordinating the many details involved from A to Z and helping clients understand their options so they can make large financial decisions with confidence.
