An entitled sustainable development site, 6518 San Pablo Avenue is 4,939 square feet of lot area in North Oakland’s hottest NOBE neighborhood. This vacant site has planning approval for a mixed-use development of 9 residential and 2 commercial units with an abundance of open space and use of “green” building techniques. Created by Manou Design, the Farmy Project was envisioned to create a residential community that is regenerative by nature and sustainable by design, complimenting the neighborhood vibe of creativity and growth. In 2019, the site was also entitled for a mixed-use building of 13 residential and 1 commercial units. Additionally, there is an alternative Tiny House Vehicle Residential Facility conceptual plan.
