The boundaries of this city extend roughly from the Bayshore Freeway on the east to Skyline Boulevard on the west. This distance is approximately 1.7 miles. The distance between the north and south city limit line is approximately 2.05 miles.
The city has a reputation for having some of the best schools in the San Francisco Bay Area.
