Morgan Hill Real Estate
Located at the southern tip of Silicon Valley, Morgan Hill was incorporated in November 10, 1906. It is an upscale leisure and residential community with several high-tech companies including Anritsu, Flex, Velodyne, LiDAR and TenCate. It became famous as a dining, entertainment and recreational destination in Silicon Valley.
Morgan Hill is also one of the cities that makes up the Santa Clara AVA, a protected American Viticultural Area designation for wineries and vineyards in Santa Clara Valley. Morgan Hill is famous for wine tourism.
