From the moment that I contacted Bruce on-line for the first time, he was ready for action and asking all the right questions to ascertain my exact needs.  He made me feel comfortable and secure that his expertise was going to result in the end goal of finding the right house for me.  He listened to my concerns, and helped me to weigh the options and choices.  He was always available at every step of the way to advise me and to move the process along when I finally found the one that I wanted.  He stood by me when I decided  against one home and he never missed a beat after that when I asked him to show me other homes.

"Bruce is an amazing agent."

We just closed on our house today in the Estudillo Estates area of San Leandro, and I can't say enough about our Bruce Wagg.  Bruce is an amazing agent.  He is incredibly professional, competent, and responsive.  We never had to call to get an update as to an offer, inspection or other document.  He attended all of our inspections.  He obtained bids and oversaw repairs on the home.  He arranged to have most of our documents sent and signed electronically.  Best of all, after closure, rather than simply send off our keys and wish us good luck, he offered to be available for workers that might need to access the home until we actually make the move in a few weeks.
