Some of the lofts many features include: multiple options for floor plan, patio, fireplace, granite counter tops/maple cabinets in the kitchen, and a privacy pedestrian gate with intercom for security. Common areas include a courtyard with spiral staircase, and a roof deck to take in the view. The buildings beginnings as a factory have been preserved by highlighting such industrial elements as commercial storefront doors, skylights, and the original freight elevator.

This development, set in an urban environment close to famed campus Pixar, is close to endless amenities, such as shopping at Bay Street and the Public Market, or dining at local haunts like Farley's across the street, and Aquarius down the way. If you would rather spend the day getting away from the hubbub a bit, you can explore the Emeryville waterfront and marina, with extensive trails to walk, observe, and enjoy the wildlife of the Bay, or the Doyle Street Greenway, another pedestrian/bike trail, which the development overlooks. For getting around, the Oliver Lofts are conveniently located near highway 880/580, BART, and Emeryville's free daily shuttle, the Emery-G-Round, which will deliver you to Bart if you like, and other local destinations.
