Located at the end of a gated, private road with a private fully fenced yard, the cottage has breathtaking views of the bay, city lights, and the Santa Cruz Mountains from every room. The yard essentially backs up to an open space preserve but is within 10 minutes of Whole Foods, Safeway, Roberts Market, The Village Bakery, Bucks, LV Mar Tapas, and dozens more fine and casual dining restaurants & cafes. The outbuildings including a detached office with fiber ethernet and wifi, a hobby sized greenhouse, and it's own private laundry building. We use natural cleaning products such as enzymatic cleaners and natural soaps, and employ organic yard maintenance methods. Watch the fog roll over the mountaines and into the bay from the hut tub.
