3. We Will Take Time To Determine The Seller's Needs--Sellers have certain criteria that must be met when they sell their home.  Some of these criteria are negotiable, and some are not, but it is very important to analyze these needs to be a buyer that gets their attention.  Coming prepared out the outset of negotiations is very important.

4. We Will Assure That You Have Your Earnest Money Deposit Ready To Go--Your ability to produce a 3% Earnest Money Deposit immediately is both mandatory and impressive to capture a seller's attention.
