This pleasant condominium complex is located at 77 Fairmount Avenue in downtown Oakland, and, as such, is in the heart of all that is available there.  Lake Merritt, Telegraph Avenue, and Broadway, and all the stores, restaurants and activities that they have to offer are just moments away, and as a result, this site has an impressive walk score of 94.  

This unit, #317, is well designed, and as a result there is very appealing  flow from one living space to another that adds to its overall desirability.
