A few weeks ago, my buyers made a great offer on this 1918 brown shingle home in the Lower Rockridge neighborhood of Oakland. Sadly, we came in 2nd out of 27 offers and lost to a cash offer, way over the asking price of $799,000. But the home had some probate issues which delayed the sale and the first buyer backed out.
