I couldn’t have said it any better so I just want to share a note that my colleague and fellow owner said about our recent deal in Oakland:
"I have these amazing clients who I helped purchase a house a few years ago in Willow Glen. They have since become friends who I adore. I’m so excited to watch them go through the various phases of life that young people experience. When they decided to move to Oakland and I was unavailable to assist them in viewing homes, I quickly turned to one of my business partners, Bruce Wagg. He and I have the same work ethics, passion for caring for clients, a focus on prompt and efficient service AND additionally, Bruce crushes it in Oakland and the surrounding areas. I quickly introduced them to Bruce and they requested tours for two days and he was able to swiftly assist them, providing them with a wealth of market knowledge. Fortunately on day two of showings, they found a beautiful property in a unique and lovely neighborhood near the Oakland Hills. The property has the perfect layout and a lot size that is slightly over half an acre. Then Bruce and I partnered on our strategy and along with HIS connections to the listing agents in the Oakland area… he gave us the winning edge. We are pleased to announce that after two days of Bruce showing properties and one offer, we are in contract. Bruce and I are absolutely thrilled for them. We’re looking forward to visiting them at their new home once they close escrow. Many celebrations to come! It’s wonderful that we work at a company where we also have great partnerships. Thank you Bruce Wagg… your skills and talents are bar none! I am thankful for Keller Williams Santa Clara Valley where we are collaborative! My favorite brokerage!"
