2021 is starting out as a huge year for my business. I have listings coming up in Oakland, Piedmont, Castro Valley and Livermore. My buyers are looking in San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley, and San Mateo at the moment. The market is very competitive; one a home in Hayward received 45 offers last week. Not every house is like that but it gives you an idea about demand. Give me a ring if you have any questions about the market in your neighborhood. I would love to catch up! ~Bruce

More and more people are leaving California
Do you want to move out of California? If you are like many of sellers we work with, the answer is emphatically YES! Your neighbors are moving to Idaho, Texas, Nevada, and Oregon. Need help planning a move? We have professional agent relationships throughout the country who can help start your search for homes in these and other areas. Inventory of homes is at a critical low due to Covid restrictions and overall lack of new home developments. Combine this problem with high Buyer demand and you have a recipe for the perfect time to sell. It’s unsure how long this Seller market will continue before we finally see a correction. It’s not too late to take advantage now! Call today! If needing to make a move this year, it's wise to be planning now. We do consult with homeowners via phone, Zoom meetings, FaceTime and in person. Contact us anytime and we are happy to help you get started. |
New York mansion for a cool $52 Million
History buffs, rejoice—you can now own a sought-after piece of New York’s architectural canon. Originally constructed in 1901, a Gilded Age mansion—one of the few that remains, as many were demolished by the 1920s—has just listed for $52 million on the Upper East Side. |
I have always wanted to live in this building
This iconic Art Deco style building, The Bellevue-Staten, has been an architectural classic at the shores of Oakland's Lake Merritt since 1929. Always considered elegant and desirable, it now offers a unique opportunity for those who have wanted to live here--a twelfth story penthouse condominium that features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in 2011 sf of living space.

50's Doo-Wop Hotel for sale
In 1957, the Caribbean Motel was among the first six to open in the Wildwoods in the fifties. Built by Lou Morey, whose family built many of the Wildwoods’ original Doo-Wop motels, one of its signature features being the curving “Jetson Ramp” that winded its way from ground level up to the second-floor sundeck & lounge.
