Hayward is a centrally located city close to both the East Bay and South Bay businesses, corporations and shopping complexes. With Oakland and San Leandro to the north, and Fremont located to the south, it is well placed.   As the eastern end of the San Mateo Bridge, it allows easy access to the San Mateo Peninsula, and the many opportunities located there. The location of California State College East Bay, and the presence of students and professors looking for lodging offers further opportunities.
