YOUR HOMEBUYING CHECKLIST
Over the last few years, I have been writing tips about what to look for when buying a home. The other day I came across HUD's Homebuying Checklist which is an excellent summary of the best things to consider when looking at homes to buy. Take it with you to Open Houses, and use it whenever you see a home, in person, or even online, that interests you. It will help you to focus on the most important issues when buying.
